Why are all the reviews for this product about strip lights when it is a 24 V adapter that is being sold

If your LED strip only uses 12V 1-2 Amp, they are likely to be somewhat dim. The 24V 5A LED systems have good brightness.

Would this power supply be compatable with this 2.1 amp https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/b077qptpvw

It might be compatible in terms of power requirements, but the output voltage is at the high end of the specs for the amp. It is unclear if the plug is physically compatible, there is no info for that.

Could i run this pump with this? https://www.amazon.com/well-water-solar-alternative-energy/dp/b00umpq2im/ref=sr_1_2?crid=14wfaowbu0rr3&keywords=well+

The pump rates 24V 4A max,we suggest to buy at least 24V 6A. You can search it on other Amazon store.
