You get what you pay for
This is the third low end Fitness Tracker I tried to replace my Fitbit Charge, that is falling apart after a year. The touch screen takes some getting used to after being used to button activation. As far as accuracy goes: The heart rate reading was close to my blood pressure monitor reading.Wearing the Longress and my Fitbit on the same arm, I walked a measured 1.5 miles and the Longess read 1.3 miles, the Fitbit read 1.54 miles. The difference is no doubt due to that you can adjust your stride with the Fitbit and the Longess calculates it from your user information. The step count was very close: Longess = 3734, The Fitbit = 3755.Pro:Large bright display that can be seen outside (not bright sun)The band is secure.Displays 12 hour time, many of the knockoffs do not even though they claim that they do.The User Guide is in pretty good English and readable. I had to enlarge the user guides on the other fitness trackers I tried.Con:When set to 12 hour time the battery icon is not displayed in the time view, but is in all others. The Amazon product information says: “ 18-month warranty and convenient customer service”, click on warranty information details and you are told to contact the manufacturer. There in no contact information on the box or user guide. The App used with it (HPlus Watch ) leaves much to be desired. The big negative with this watch is that you have to charge it every day. The charge time is short, the user guide says 30 minutes, that could be true. It is definitely less than an hour. When you travel in a bumpy vehicle, the Longess counts the pumps as steps. The Fitbit also does this but the Longess is much worse, like double.I just returned this tracker, I realized that the app HPlus Watch asked for too many permissions, like making calls and sending text massages.

but other than that it's been pretty
Seems silly to have to uninstall/reinstall app when the time changed for daylight savings, but other than that it's been pretty awesome

Great buy for the money
Great for budget minded people. Haven’t had any problems yet.

it keeps giving me reading like 20 or very low numbers
Watch barely works. Everyday it restarts again, erasing all my steps and calories back to zero and not recording it all. I have to sync it every single time just to get the time right. The heart rate monitor does not work, it keeps giving me reading like 20 or very low numbers. I do not recommend this product, don't get fooled by its price, it does not work.

Pointless
There's no way to control the screen. The point of the heart rate monitor is to see when your heart rate is optimal for exercise this device says my heart rate has been at 0 since I put it on. But does track steps and calories burned. I'm not confident in the results.
