These athletic tapes are very durable for how thin it is. It's also SUPER easy to tear and I tell you super. I usually have sweaty hands and when tapes are difficult to tear, I end up touching the adhesive more than I should, ruining the adhesive. I usually avoided athletic tapes for this reason but these ones are super easy to tear. I recently injured my wrist and I was taping it before exercising. Usually, I would have a super hard time tearing wrist tapings off cause I would use my teeth and other hand. And first and foremost, most other tapes don't tear so easy so I would be teething adhesive forever trying to get the tear. When I used it recently, it tore so easy I stood in shock for a bit. The only downside would be it tears super easy, using your teeth to tear might sometimes not create a good perpendicular tear and might come out parallel with the tape. Also not to mention, they're very durable and withheld my wrist really good. For the adhesion, definitely ZERO sticky residue, like absolutely nothing. But it doesn't mean it comes off easily. I can go through a whole practice without this even peeling off, but once I'm done and need to take it off, it comes off like it wasn't even sticking onto you. (Maybe that's a little exaggerated, but that's how it feels like in comparison to other brands that pull your skin like it wants to rip it off)

Great value for the money (buy in a pack). Used for taping wrists/ankles prior to MMA, Jiu Jitsu and kick-boxing. Keeps you stable.

It felt sticky and looked good but after putting on to help keep wraps velcro attached the tape started coming undone. Delivery a day late

I am using it for my tennis racquet overgrip. At the end of overgrip I use this tape to warp the overgrip end. It works well, never had any issue with it.

Im very impressed with this cloth tape. I use this tape to prevent and treat foot blisters. I walk a minimum of four miles daily. A pair of socks with a ridiculously thick seam caused a large blister on the outside of one of my big toes. I used this tape to secure blister plaster onto my toe. Not the easiest feat (no pun intended). This tape did EXACTLY what it claims to do. The adhesive stuck to my skin well and did not roll up after hiking 4+ miles on rough terrain while gaining 700' in elevation. Tape tears easily and is a great value. I had no sticky residue even after having the tape on my foot all day. This is tape that I keep with me on my daily hikes. Outstanding product. I am glad i bought two - three packs. Great value for the money.
