Bike had a problem and Amazon fixed in like 10 minutes.
UPDATE: I AM VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY IMPRESS by Amazon customer service. In less than 10 minutes I already have another bike on the way to my house. That was crazy easy and customer friendly. The new bike will be here in 2 days and I’ll switch tires. Initial review: May wife wore this bike once yesterday and once today. The back tire is already messed up. My wife is not overweight like to freaking bend a bike tire. I know it was a mistake to spend that crazy amount of money on that bike. You can get much better bikes for that money.

Beautiful bicycle. Easy assembly. Comes with a cute basket….but the basket was broken.

Great bike, careless shipping and poor instructions
This bike looks great and rides smoothly. I bought it as a birthday gift for my girlfriend (she loves it) and wouldn't have had time to request a replacement, so I went ahead and built it anyway but made sure to get some photos of the issues that came with it. It looks like it may have been mishandled at the manufacturer warehouse. There are some dents and bent pieces (see attached photos) that probably didn't happen during shipping, judging by their placement and sufficient cushioning in the box. I managed to realign the metal wheel covering on the back after loosening the pre-assembled screws and forcefully pushing the pieces into place. But this shouldn't be necessary. And I would argue that it shouldn't have been boxed up with those dents in the first place. Hoping Schwinn can send some replacement parts or issue some kind of refund.

Very nice bike
Shipped securely, easy to assemble, and a very nice bike. The girls love the look of the bike and way it rides!

Beware! Unsafe product
My first day, I loved this bike. The second day my petal broke. The crank arm became stripped from normal riding. I assembled this correctly, did not misthread this and tightened it adequately. The correct pedals were placed on the bike. The force of my foot coming down basically disintegrated the threads of this pedal after about 12 miles of riding. I grew up riding Schwinn. They used to be high quality. Now they seem to be on par with heavy, box store bikes. Sad. It's a cheap repair, but does not make me trust the quality of this bike. My handle bars repeatedly slumped, even when tightened to the max. This makes me feel like this product is generally unsafe. I already threw the box away otherwise I'd be returning this waste of money and pile of junk.
