Stunning performance.
Absolutely stunning and especially at the special price I paid. I always wanted to buy one. The browning is brilliant then just put it in the oven. Nihari style meat requires slow n low cooking in the oven and I can finally achieve this. Be careful with tomato based dishes as it will burn if you don’t keep an eye on it.
