Too good and best quality
OMG, I just have to rave about this kajal; it's seriously the best! I've tried so many, and this one is a total game-changer. Love this liner. Goes on smooth.
I love this liner. It's supposed to be smudge proof but I've found it will. Make sure you add a little powder underneath and set it. It usually keeps it in place.
