I like the idea of this. I got two cause I read I needed to based on my waist measurements. Looks like one is going to do it. I have rice at the ready. I cannot for the life of me get the bulb open to get the rice in. Otherwise it looks like a great product.Update: One of the screws would not let lose at all, from the bulb. I loosened the other two and removed the small plastic bag. But when I filled it with rice, there was not enough space to get it through the gap. Divided the rice into smaller bags and accomplished filling the bulb in this manner.

I don't like the fact you you can only go one way. If you want to go the opposite direction you have to take it off and flip it

I tried the hoop when it first arrived and was looking forward to using it on a regular basis. Today I started my exercise plan and on the first five minutes I noticed something was off. I took the belt off, noticed something was off with one of the rollers. I could see a blue washer was sticking out from its fastener. When I went to push it back in, the bearings all came out onto my lap. Having arthritis, there’s no way I am able to repair this bearing and shouldn’t have to. Unfortunately, I am outside the window for a return. BUT! I’m not going to give up and am going to order from a different company.

I got the product and was excited to use it. I put it on and it wouldn’t work properly. There was no weight to it. The instructions were not very clear on the website or I would not have bought it. And luckily I had a small screwdriver to use so I could feel what is called the weight with rice. The item but does not work properly

this was shipped without all the pieces. I ordered two and both were missing the same pieces. Not well made at all.

I thought it was going to come already weighted, not sure how much weight should go in the ball.

I truly works. I can feel the tighting of my abs. It's really easy to use and so much fun. The only problem that no one seems to mention is, you need to open the round piece that holds the weight with a slender long Phillips head screwdriver and purchase your own sand. I brought mine from Home Depot for a little under $5. Once you have your sand, it's showtime. I highly recommend it. Excited to get a six pack lol.
