XTARPS MP - Mighty Products Premium 90% Cloth Shade Sail Sun Shade

Appeared as I expected based on the description. I bought these to put up on the East end of my mare motel style horse barn which is in the Phoenix Arizona area. They do seem to have around 90% cover, but wind will go through them. With the upcoming summer and monsoons, we'll see how well they hold up, but they seem very strong with reinforced grommets. I will buy more if these make it through the summer.

I used this product to cover my landscaping trailer in Arizona. Unlike most other tarps and shade cloths it holds up for several years in the brutal sun and heat. I have purchased this product before and will again in the future if needed.

This has been up for a week and makes a MAJOR difference in the temperature in my kennels. I bought the 90% and it would appear to be awfully close to that. Mine is basically flat and water does pool and sag a bit. But with morning sun it's gone, there will be no snow on it as I will remove it during the winter due to the severity of our winters here. It had a very strong smell when I first opened it so plan for that if using for an event. The next day the smell was gone though. Then there's the packaging... It was well enough wrapped but the box was as light a box as they make. Mine is 20'x30' and UPS said it was 28lbs. That's heafty, box it accordingly. I will update my review as needed.

Dimensions are smaller than listed size. 12 ft measures 11 ft 6 in. Other than that a good product. If used for a vertical sun shade it must be tied down tightly or the wind really whips it around. I bought the 90% as a temporary horizontal sun awning off the patio, supported by PVC frame, and it keeps the patio a lot cooler. This is my third purchase from this company and I am totally satisfied.

I strung this up over my pool to help keep it a little cooler. I am VERY pleased. The water at this time of the year (temps in 100s) has remained "refreshing". In short, it's keeping the water cooler. The tarp is well made and the grommets work great as well.

this was really thick. Found out I did not need such a big piece to cover my car so I may order another. Can hang them up with magnets and hooks and bungee cords to make a shaded area. I train dogs and need a place they can stay warm in the sun!! worth the price!

I would give this one a 5 stars for build quality best shad cloth there is stitching and grommets are good. My only problem was I ordered the 10x26 the packaging and everything says 10x26 but the one I received was 10x24 which works for what I am doing but did not give me the extra I wanted.

Decent tarps, but this thickness is not meant to last too long. Cheap price but not very thick.
