This really works. When I have a little muscle pain just a small dab and 10 minutes later the pain is gone. Better than BnGy. Would recommend and I will buy again.

This product only works for muscular pain, not tendons/ligaments or bones,(Just like Biofreeze). This "Massage Gel" is not a massage product in the purest sense of the definition, as it sinks into the skin almost immediately. It's a goopy, gloppy product that does alleviate MUSCLE pain. It does not treat bone pain, if one looks at the structure of all the layers of tissue above a bone, one can see that no gel/ointment/salve can reach bones. Joint capsules maybe. This product has the added benefit of nettle extract which has been documented to help relieve muscle pain.I I suspect it's cheaper than -Biofreeze-. Ho-hum, meh." Ben-Gay" works just as well.
