Q: Is it wood or plastic?

The frame is plastic, but high quality and looks like wood when hanging on the wall. Also perfect for painting - I did one in gold.

Q: How to hang a tablemount on the wall - cannot get the stand up pad off ?

I have same problem depending on how far it extends from wall. Easies way is to bend back and forth until it breaks off. Or use wire cutters to cut hinge off. Otherwise…tape the “stand” securely to back of frame. Then… Using nails you can have nail extend some from wall to leave a gap. Or I use Command strips and will use extra for more holding power and just really press frame into them just squashing the stand against wall. Good luck!

Q: What is the frame size? It says 11x14. But description states 10x13 opening? I have a painting with matting already that's 11x14. Would this fit?

No it will not! The frame is bigger than the slotted picture size
