How do you hang these? I'm not seeing how to detach the base from the hook itself in order to screw into the wall.

There is a little tiny screw at the base. You need the tool they included to loosen that. Then the metal piece you screw to the wall will come free. Attach that piece to the wall and then fit the top over it. DO NOT remove that little screw all the way as it's very easily lost and also a pain to get back into the little hole. Just do it enough to give yourself space to maneuver the top over the wall mount piece.

Any way to install without drilling? Would like to put these on back of bathroom door.

No! And it was very annoying to drill on .

Can you install these on doors?

You can mount towel hook on the door with screws.

Can i mount these by using the previously installed holes for the last towel rack?

I just put new holes, and the base covered it all.
