Arrived fast, over night! Husband is very satisfied with them, says they are comfortable and fit close enough to make him feel secure. Have a nice texture and make no noise. You can't tell he is wearing them. The texture is a soft paper feel with elastic threads that makes it mold to his shape. We will update when we determine absorb any and how leak proof they are.

when you first put em on, these are amazingly comfortable. like a swaddled baby.but they work so well, at first, it was hard to tell when they are used?the design is so clever though. the weight pulls the absorbent part down, away from you, so you can have em on a long time and not feel anything.though i was a bit wary at first, that i had to keep changing em? nope. they are pretty much leak-proof. but the wonderful invention is that they turn liquid into a gel. it almost can't leak.and, in case you care, the they are mostly a material like an ace bandage, in the form of a speedo. even less detectable under your pants than boxers.

Better than underwear, these male diapers are useful for collecting urine that flows without waiting for an invitation from the wearer. In my case, I wear a catheter while recovering from surgery and have been advised to keep the catheter "capped" during the day to give the bladder exercise. Others mention that the size is smaller than advertised. I would add that the advertised size is WAY larger than it should be. I have only a 34" waist which would make me eligible for a medium, but not only was the medium too tight, the large was also uncomfortably tight. I am pleased now to be wearing XL.

Excellent product. Fits perfectly and not too tight around legs but tight enough to not let moisture out. Great thickness. The dark color makes a man more appealing to wear. Highly recommend.

Excellent fit light and comfortable

Be careful what size you choose. I was using Prevail size XL. It was a bit snug so I ordered Depend size 2XL. It's even snugger.Because of this and my particular bodily dimensions, it tends to roll down in back.It also feels flimsier than Prevail. Amazon doesn't offer 2XLPrevail so I am buying them from another vendor.

I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. By increasing the waist size, the XXL proved to be the best fit as I can pull the briefs over my belly for a comfortable fit. Everything else is excellent as per usual when it comes to no leaking, great absorption for a long period of time. A++

These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh!

Too costly when compared to Indian products like Dignity Overnite, but same absorbency. Hold capacity is not more than 4 to 5 hrs.

Excellent and smooth fit. No noticeable outline externally. Works very well for those who are catheterized as extra insurance against leaks day or night. The 40-pack unit price is far less than the lower counts.
