Amazing buy! Amazing Product!
This is a complete edition by OM Publishers. It includes all three poems Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso along with illustrations. It is translated by Rev. H.F. Cary whose translation I found very suitable for me. The page quality and font quality are all good. The binding is strong and it was delivered in the best condition possible. Thank you Amazon. I wish they gave bookmark though.

Fantastic illustrations by Dore
Cary's celebrated translation had a tremendous influence on the British Romantics, especially Coleridge, Shelley, Byron, Blake and Keats. The poetic quality is good, though modern reader's may find the language somewhat archaic and even stilled in parts. That apart, it has many virtues and is still used by Dante aficionados even today. My only advice to readers is to have a good and plain translation in Modern English with notes and a good introduction while you use this.
