I wear size 5 underwear, what size is best?

To be honest these period are no good . You will bleed straight through them. Save your money look for something else

Are they actually black on the inside? It looks gray from the review pics.

The absorbent part is lined inside and it is grey.

Do you have to only hand wash these underwear or can they be put in a washer machine?

I hand rinse right after use and then throw them in the washer/dryer with everything else. I've had them a few months now and still no leaks.

Que talla puedo pedir para una adolescente de 13 años

Es mejor guiarse por la guía de tallas que pone el vendedor. No depende de la edad si no del tamaño de la niña.
