Highly recommend for serious lifters!
Just got this neck training harness and it's legit. Solid build, thick padding, and the chain is heavy duty. Easy to load plates and gives a great workout for your neck and traps. Already feeling stronger after just a few sessions. Way better quality than I expected for the price. Five stars!

What a pain in the neck
Been using this with a 10 pound weight for the past couple of months. My next size has grown almost an inch..

Weak stitching, too small for head.
Lasted 6 months with max load of 110lb before stitching on one side let go. Waste of money.
