Lake Lite, Inc. - Round Solar Dock Lites

Ordered for the guide posts on my boat lift. I'm on salt water so I like that they are not metallic. They come with instructions that say bring them in for the winter, I'm ok with that also. The batteries they come with are cheap, one wouldn't charge, but they are just standard AA rechargeables and available anywhere. Aside from that they are perfect for me and only took a few minutes to install. They are a soft light that doesn't blind me at night. Many people have lights on their piers which are blinding, these are just right. They pretty much stay on all night as well. No complaints.

Have 6 of these for our dock going on 3 years now. They work as well as they are advertised. We live in Michigan and leave the dock in all year, as well as the lights. #1, you can swap out the LED's to change the color. We have two that are red and green to keep with the nautical theme, and the rest are blue. Come Christmas time, we change them to all red and green. #2, The batteries are easily replaceable, which I just did, and Batteries Plus sells them for $1.57 each........ pretty good deal. Nice product, and they are well worth the money.

I just purchased these a couple of weeks ago, so I cannot speak to the durability. However, I am very pleased with the amount of light they give off and the ease of installing them on my dock poles. So far so good. They charged up quickly and come on every day.

Just ok. Never last long. I take them in for the winter but they only last a couple of summers.

You guy's sent square dock lights. Very frustrated.

I purchased these for my dock posts, after struggling to find a quality LED Solar light for the last few years. These lights are the best i've ever used. They do take a while to get ready (put in battery, screw on waterproof battery cover, etc) but worth time. I had 1 out of 10 that wasnt working, went to change the LED and it started to work. I'll have to update later with longevity, but as of now, these are the best i've seen for light output and quality.

This is a overpriced plastic POS! Disintegrates in the sun after one season. Why don't they make it out of metal?
