DELIGHTFUL
Small, light weight, easy to hang. I'm not sure about the sound. I used mine as wall decorations inside my home. They look great on the walls along with 24 pictures and 4 mirrors of varying sizes. String is used as the hanging substance. I'm not sure how that will hold up under the elements however it can easily be restrung.

Nice Noise
These are nice and make a nice gong noise but I am a little skeptical on how long they will actually last. They were cheap enough though so I can always get more.
