I use my 5G hotspot for internet. May change that soon! Wrapped my phone in 1 layer and lost signal. Tested 2 layers of copper infused bed sheets didn't loose signal. Copper infused gloves, didn't loose signal... I added a layer of this material to my phone case but since it is not a complete wrap, I still get signal, but hope to protect my phone holding hand.

It's flexible like 150gsm fabric, you can cut shape and stitch. Good EMF blocker.

I brought this fabric to cover my lod desktop computer that was causing interference to my indoor digital TV antenna. I brought a new system later and no TV interference however the fabric helps to reduce cell tower 4 and 5 G signals to my room and made my Tinnitus worse. After putting up the fabric to bedroom wall, my Tinnitus became less bothersome.

I tried this by just setting my phone inside the fabric completely covered. It blocked the signal. I have not used it yet for its intended purpose as it showed up late while I was making my first project. I had to move on without it.
