Rubbish, lasted 3 months
Everything was ok when I got it. Now it’s not working properly, it gets wobbly and I can’t froth milk. Total waste of money!

Good, while they last.
I've had two of these Bean Envy frothers now. They work well, while they last - good torque, high speed. The 2nd one just burned out on me. Each one has lasted about 3 years. I think I'll try another brand this time.

Not as nice as others
Very different from the first one I ordered made by Ella in black. This one I am writing this review on the Bean Envy Milk frother is different in respects to the spring frother having only one spring twirler on the stem rather than 2 like the Ella. It will do but does not froth as nicely or as fast.
