The girls (11 & 12 yo) love it. We bought "Adult small" size, which fit girls from 4'11" to 5'5". It's a tight for the coaches, but acceptable. Quality seems very good after few use. Time will tell on the long run.

These work great for the purpose. The wash up nicely. I order the adult size because I have found size variation brand to brand for pennies so they are a little big on my youth players, but work nicely on the older ones. The color is bright and stands apart nicely from our other team set which is blue.
