The first time, I did not appreciate that the original sales information made no mention of Bulgaria. It was a bad decision to send me the same thing again. Not only am I suspicious of the product, I really don't speak or read Bulgarian, and don't appreciate the hassle. Don't they get tired of losing customers? I won't buy from Olia again, as I don't trust Bulgarian products, and now I don't trust Olia to be upfront and honest in their advertising. Back to trustworthy L'Oreal, with good quality and honesty.

This product is the European version (limited English and no applicator bottle) not the American version. We are in American. Why are you selling the European version? And I don’t know which version I’m getting until I open the package.

I have very short sandy hair with strawberry blond tones. I wanted to get it closer to my hair when not exposed to sun and saltwater. I expected since my hair is a red shade to have red show through. It's a funny bronze-like shade that is more of a brown with odd golden cast indoors. In sunlight, or strong light, it looks light auburn all over. It is easy to use and conditioning. I am going to use the sauna twice this week as it usually helps fade color when I don't want it to fade. Too dark results, but conditioning and covers grey, or in my case, white temples,well.

I was really concerned about using permanent hair colour after a bad experience many years ago, however, my hair was very sun bleached at the ends and the grey hairs were starting to look tatty. I chose to use 7.0 which I felt was the best to match the root growth rather than picking the colour of the sun faded lengths. I knew this meant the overall look would be darker than I currently had but it was more natural to my root growth. I was delighted by the colour and the ease of application. I have thick, curly, coarse hair and used two boxes. After colouring it felt like I hadn't because the condition was so good! The greys were covered and it looked great. There was no smell, minimal mess - very impressed. My only slight issue was that the colour pulled some red/orange tones but I have that as an underlying hint in my hair anyway. This was resolved with using purple shampoo. Overall this hair colour is amazing and it's left me feeling much more confident.
