The media could not be loaded. For the price we did not mind that the fingerprint reader was not accurate and needed to factory reset in every 2 months and add/update our finger prints again. But, after 8 months of use it suddenly stopped reacting on any finger touch. I have replaced batteries and factory reset; by pushing reset button added fingerprint, but than I noticed that it does react on finger only if you push the reset button. So it is now working just with provided key. UPDATE: 7.22.2022: I have emailed support service about my situation and requested replacement. the seller was so kind that he send to me replacement promptly. Thank you! I recomend seller!

For the first month after install I thought this devise was God's gift to home office doors. It worked perfectly, and it still works, just 'NOT' for the intended purposes of only allowing the "Programed' fingerprint to access. My mother and I took a 6-day training course ogether. She came to my home for the live webinar course. I keep the door to my home Office when I'm not using it due to my nature of my business and State requirements.. on day 1, she arrived and entered the front door to my home using my keyless entry system. I hadn't came out of my bedroom yet. My mom proceeded to my office, opened the door, sat at her computer, with no hesitation. I was completely shocked to see that she had opened the keyless fingerprint locked door, but I thought perhaps I forgot to close it the day before. I didn't mention it to her at all..Day 2, the exact same scenario replayed, I thought again, "did I leave the door opened again, I'm going to have to be more careful". Again, I didn't mention it. Day 3, deja vu..all over again. This time I asked "Mom, how are you getting into this room? Bypassing the keyless fingerprint lock?' She said, well, I thought that all I had to do was place my thumb on the lock and open it, its takes a couple of tries, but once I see the double blue lights flash, I can open it, and so that's what I've been doing". Needless-to-say that stood there with my mouth open... and thought "wow" really!! So here's is the bottom line, this devise can be opened if a person uses thier thumb to repeatedly press the keyless entry button, when the light flashes, you can bypass the system and gain entry.. just that simple. So unless the seller can send me a devise that's actually worth the money spent to use for its intended purposes... Don't worse your money. I have reached out to the Seller of this product even though it's past my return window. I actual thought the devised was doing what it was meant to do the first month.

This is the fifth one I have purchased because the handle is just that good. Very easy to install as long as you read the instructions. 1. do not loose the screw for the battery compartment. 2. Be mindful while running and plugging the wire through the knob and to the circuit board. These steps are easy, even for the first time installer but the only difference between this and a regular door knob. Programming takes a couple of minutes to get used to but again, the instructions are thorough. If you have Children that "don't want their sibling in my room" or even your room and do not want to worry about untimely entrances, YOU NEED THIS KNOB. The stress reduction alone is worth the cost.

Easy easy easy to install despite not having very fingerprint registration instructions. I figured it out no problem. I've only had it a week so far ...but functionality is flawless (so far) update 02/24/2022 batteries died and I changed them, but now product will not work despite me resetting it .

This lock was easy to install, feels really good in your hand, and recognizes your finger print damn near every time. Couple of helpful hints. #1 If you do have to flip the handle around the spring that pulls the handle back into place may get caught on the edge of were the set screw goes. Im talking about the set screw that you have to pull out in order to twist the handle around. #2 (If you are twisting the handle around to make it a left hand door instead of a right hand door) there is going to be a little resistance against the handle when your putting the set screw back in. That's normal. #3 Put a couple of prints from the same thumb in as the administrator prints. This makes you thumb print easier to recognized. #4 I also put my other thumb in and a middle finger as well because some of later you're going to have your hands full and need to awkwardly open the door with the wrong hand. Look at it this way, get your arms full of stuff and open the door to see how you would naturally do it. I hope this was helpful. Enjoy!👍👍

I purchased a new Biwibon lock for the first time and it works GREAT. I needed another Biwibon lock for my tool room door so I located another Biwibon lock on Amazon for a cheaper price. I ordered it and when I received it, I saw it was USED. I told myself, I'll use it as long as it works. I took the trouble of putting it on and when I tried to program it, the lock kept on buzzing. It didn't work at all. I went to return it and wrote the reason why I was returning it was I DON"T BUY NOTHING USED. I just purchased a new one and I'm waiting for UPS to pick up for the broken one.
