Easy setup and seems to be working really well. Little Learning Time with Windows 11 but that's to be expected. Everything was easy to plug in and work first time . I'm satisfied

It works just fine. It is fast, small and soundless. This little unit delivers for general computing tasks. I have had video boards bigger than this unit.Once you have tried small, you will never want big again.. I added a USB C bar which is longer than the computer.

What a monumental mistake! I opened the case right away and put a sata ssd in the machine. The ribbon cable connecting the sata ssd came loose on one end, so I just pushed it back into the seat and closed the case. I didn't need the drive right away and didn't give it further thought until recently. That was the mistake. By the time I found out that the bios doesn't register the sata ssd, it was too late; out of warranty. I have taken it apart and properly connected and reconnected the cable ad infinitum and nothing. Now I have a machine that is out of warranty and cannot add an ssd because there is something very faulty. The ribbon cable and connectors are horrible quality. I just wish I had tested it right away and returned it. This is not reilable hardware. I bought a Dell micro, slightly larger footprint, but reliable and good quality components. Don't waste you money and time. The machine works okay with the nvme drive but I cannot expand it with a sata ssd as intended. I recommend you buy something else; anything else but Beelink. Update: It took forever, and after customer service could be of no help whatsoever, what I exptected since it was out of warranty. They handed me off to their parts people and I made my best guess that the ribbon cable connecting the 2.5 inch drive bay connector to the motherboard was the problem. I ordered the ribbon cable, but they sent the drive connector bracket instead. I wrote, sent of photo of what I got and asked for the cable. Eventually, and it wasn't that easy, I got the ribbon cable and my guess was correct; problem solved, the cost was reasonable since I made the repair, and I am happy to have the machine function as intended, but I'd still go with sturdier hardware that has an established supply chain, convenient and easy to access. Nice little computer, but I replaced it with a Dell Optiplex 7050 refurbished (pay attention to seller rating) for way less money, slightly larger footprint but sturdier and great parts availability to adapt and bring fully up to speed.

I finally got around to setting this up a few months after purchasing it, and I am super impressed. It was easy to set up - basically plug and play - and it's been very fast and responsive with web browsing and installing simple PDF and remote desktop software. It boots and shuts down very quickly. My first gripe (minus 0.5 stars) is that it doesn't have multifunction USB-C input (not sure what the technical term for this is), but basically, I have a USB-C hub that has my monitors and all my USB inputs plugged into it. It has a single USB-C output cable that connects to my work laptop. This mini computer has a USB-C input on the front, but it doesn't seem to accept display or WIFI signals from that port, so I have to disconnect my USB hub and HDMI cables from my hub and plug them into this every time I want to switch over. I suspect the multi-input USB-C is a more high-end or expensive feature (?) and that's maybe why it isn't included on this very reasonably priced PC. I don't believe this computer is advertised as having this feature anywhere, so this isn't a bait and switch or anything like that, just something I didn't think to look for as a feature. My second gripe (minus 0.5 stars) is that there's something weird about the user account or admin level on the PC. It seems to recognize me as an admin, but I kept getting error 2503/2502 when installing software with a MSI file, which searching indicates is an issue with the permissions, possibly on the temp folder. I did a bunch of the troubleshooting steps I saw on YouTube and Reddit and various AI responses, but none of them fixed the error, except for "Run cmd as admin. CD into where the installer is saved and run it" from Reddit. To type that out more thoroughly for anyone else who may be having the same issues, search for Command Prompt in your search bar. When "Command Prompt" shows up, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator." CD is the command you type into the command prompt to Change Directory, i.e., change the folder the program is looking at. Your downloaded software file is probably in your downloads folder, which is likely on your C drive. Assuming that, type into the command prompt window, without quotes, "CD C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Downloads", then hit enter. It should create a new line with the folder path you just entered, indicating that the command prompt is now looking at that folder for whatever you tell it to do next. Now copy the name and file extension of the install file, like "bestpdfeditor.msi", paste it into the command prompt (no quotes), and hit enter again. That should run the MSI and hopefully install the software without the 2503 error. Maybe it isn't fair to take off a star because of something I didn't research appropriately and something that could still very well be user error, but it is what it is. Overall though, I would absolutely buy this again, and it's genuinely wild that we can get this much technology packed into such a small box for such a reasonable price. I'm not sure this could run complex software or intense games, but if you need something to manage documents and browse the web, this is perfect.

This replaces a massive hand built media computer I had for 20 years. This small box runs better andhas a quite start up. Very please with performance. The fan will rev up at times but I have it behind my TV and its not too loud and doesn't run on high very long. Overall very pleased.

I bought this box with 16GB RAM because I needed to run Windows for some basic forensic analysis and creating video tutorials. I honestly didn't think it would be fast enough for daily use but it's been great. I can even play Jedi Outcast on low settings, though it feels a bit mushy. Unless you need a gaming machine or a number cruncher, this should work beautifully. HD video, MS Office, Visual Studio, web browsing, etc. are all responsive and flawless. It's also a pretty fast booter!

Very pleased with the speed and performance. With a 5g connection i have almost no lag in my games. And it also works well as an office computer. the size is a plus as I was able to attach it to the back of a HD television.

Using this little server to host a Sql Server instance on Windows Server 2019. In real world load test, SSD was 2X faster than expected, and overall power draw is very low, maybe 25W. By replacing a standard desktop, the UPS time test went from 40 mins of uptime, to 265 minutes, 6x longer. Very pleased with this little Beelink, its the first one I've bought, but definitely won't be the last.

I just received this mini PC on Friday, March 25th and it was an amazing system for the first few hours: Very quick to boot-up and update, loaded with Windows 11 Pro, small formfactor, etc. One thing I did notice, my system does not have a TF card slot on the side (why is it shown on the Amazon product page???). Unfortunately, a few short hours after finally setting the system up and loading it with my applications, the mini PC died on me. I can no longer turn ON the mini PC, despite trying various different things. Now the power LED simply blinks once when pressed and nothing happens. I've removed all peripherals from the system, disconnected/reconnected the power supply and measured the power supply output voltage with a multi-meter: The problems seems to be a hardware failure with the mini PC. I've contacted BeeLink for support ([email protected]) on Friday, but I have not recieved any response, despite the claim on the Amazon product page saying "We offer 1 year free warranty, and 7 Days/ 24 hours serving." I will give them until Monday to get a response, but after that I will have no other option but send the mini PC will be back to Amazon for a refund. Too bad, the product looks great and would be an almost perfect fit for my needs (missing TF card slot), but its quality is just too poor.

Which can be dangerous for important work. Otherwise this works great. Too bad for this flaw that makes it untrustworthy.

Got the i5-8279U with 16gb. The intent was to setup a trading station, and run either a single large 4k or dual monitors. Unfortunately I couldn't get my ultra-wide 34" monitor to interface because beelink hasn't completed the drivers for odd 21:9 ratios. I was stuck using 16:9 ratio. The box itself is well built, and it comes ready with a pre-wired bay to install a second drive. It is not a games/rendering machine, as the Intel Iris 655 is somewhat pathetic. Don't buy this for "real" games. REMINDER: 4k resolution is only possible at 30hz! This seems to be missed by so many people that are seduced by the 4k promise. It's stated in the advertisements. You won't be projecting/wathcing UHD movies in an optimal environment. Keep in mind, tech support is almost non-existent and located outside of North America. If you're buying one of these, you should be somewhat technically competent in loading up a PC, installing drivers, etc. Sometimes you'll get a response in a few days, other times no response at all. Beelink loses two stars for their tech service. The included 16gb DDR4 has proven to be well suited to my tasks of stock trading, and general financial analysis. I've had no issues with large spreadsheets, word processing, web surfing, mapping software, backtest analysis, etc. Just to re-iterate, this is a budget general purpose computer - and a very good one.. If you want to do any sort of graphical or gaming stuff (light stuff I might add), look to the Ryzen 7 based models - or just spend the dough and get a real desktop machine with a real graphics card. On Userbenchmark this combo netted an 83% Desktop rating as an "Aircraft carrier", just two positions from the top. It's gaming and workstation score was 19% or "Surfboard", just a single position from the very bottom. Hope that gives you an idea of its suitability for what you want to do with it. A nice feature is an included metal bracket which allows you to mount the mini-pc to the vesa holes on the back of your monitor. It works ok on the bracket. Love the computer, just don't like the tech support.

It seemed great out of the box but after setting it all up and getting windows up-to-date, it crashed. I rebooted it and it seemed to work again but then after a while it crashed again. Eventually, it started to crash very quickly and then it stopped booting altogether. It was a frustrating evening of rebooting and crashing. Needless to say, I have returned the purchase. I have bought Beelink before and that PC worked without issue so it appears that there is a quality issue; too bad it was so promising to start.
