Solid herbal addition I picked this up after looking into hawthorn more closely, as it’s consistently rated highly in the research I came across, particularly when it comes to general heart and circulatory support. It felt like a good one to add into my overall mix of nutrients and supplements, especially as I prefer building things up gradually rather than relying on just one thing. Unusual tasteful
Tastes unusual, can’t say it helped with the problem I was told it would help with high blood pressure

Meant to Lower Blood Pressure
This is a good tincture which is meant to be potent and better than taking the teas or tablets. In its pure form. I take a teaspoon a day in a cup of water to help lower blood pressure. That's what it's supposed to do, but need to be consistent and take for at 3 months straight.

A little disappointed it comes in a plastic bottle
I have just starting taking the Hawthorne tincture. I am pleased to find a non alcohol based one. My BP seems to have regulated after taking this and an additional Hawthorn berry supplement. The only downside of the product is the plastic bottle. I assumed it was a glass bottle from the ad.

la mia pressione era 150 , è da 4 giorni che prendo biancospino, ho visto risultati dal terzo giorno, oggi (giorno 4) la mia pressione è di 135 . Di solito prendo questo marchio anche per altre patologie e devo dire che mi sono trovata sempre bene.
