Did not work

I have never had earbuds this tough. I have put them through the test and they still work. The case is heavy duty. So heavy duty that I actually dropped the case with the buds in it and ran over it in my 3/4 ton pickup and they still work. The case has a couple of dents in it, but everything still works. I do have a little bit of trouble with one bud charging, but after being ran over with a big work truck, that's to be expected. They are a little pricey, but they are worth every penny. I would love to have another pair in the future. Oh, and the battery life of the case is unbelievable. I charge the case once every two weeks or so and the buds run for at least 8 hours on one charge. I have used the case as a phone charger as well and it works great for that. Sound quality is great for music and for phone calls and the microphone is clear enough that they person taking your call can't even tell you're on a wireless device. I am very impressed with this product. If you're looking for something that can take a beating and will last a long time, these are the earbuds for you. I've had these for about a year and a half and they just keep going. Great product.

I got the Gen 1 a few years back, loved it. After a few years the battery started to crap out so needed to replace it. Decided to go with the Gen 2 for the upgrade. Others have commented about issues with the case, I've found them to be true. Not really a deal breaker though. I bought these guys in December, and just last May the right earbud just stopped playing any kind of sound. It took forever to get in contact with anyone from Mifo, and while they did go through a bit of troubleshooting to try and help, they couldn't replace it or do anything about it because it was purchased through Amazon. Looking at this page, I see no way to "contact the seller directly" to see if I can get any support or help. This is clearly a defect where the speaker simply died on one side for no reason. I can't justify dripping another 100 dollars just to replace it especially with such terrible customer service as I've experienced so far. I hope someone.eone from the Amazon team sees this and reaches out, and I would be more than happy to update this review accordingly. Love the product otherwise.

Pros: Excellent build quality.Battery pack is beefy and long lasting. It's 2,600mAh so it's big enough that you can use it to charge your phone if you are in a pinch.Buds battery life is phenomenal they are listed at 7 plus hours (have had them in all day and they didn't die. I wasn't playing music the whole day but I did take calls and listened to music throughout my 12 hour day).Easy sync up.Very responsive controls.Waterproof (I've taken a shower in them)Cons: The buds seem to come loose in the charging pod so they turn on and sync to phone randomly.Ear fit is not as snug as I was hoping for. I've tried different tips and just can't get them to fit as snug as I'd like. This is probably more my ear ergonomics so it may not be a problem for anyone else but I felt I should mention it.Also some times the touch controls don't work. Not that the Buds don't sense the taps, they do, it's that it doesn't correlate to any action happening. Like one tap won't turn vol up or down. Double tap won't stop track from playing and triple tap won't skip forward or backward. Usually I just need to take them out and put them in the case and then put them back my ears but it's still an annoyance when I stop to talk, I double tap to stop the audio and it keeps going so I have to take it out of the ear.Not alot of bass. I am not looking for alot of bass I have raycons and they are a little too bass heavy at times but these seem to have little to no bass in my opinion.No ANC. That would've been awesome.Overall: Even with the cons that I listed these have been my daily buds since I got them and that is saying something because I usually rotate two buds raycon for working out and Pamu Quiet with ANC for walking around listening. So I would still recommend these to anyone looking for a solid, long lasting, good looking ear bud.Update: they are no longer my daily buds while I generally stand by everything I have said I found that I just did not love the fit and they honestly sound a bit like you are listening through a tin can. I did not REALLY notice this until I got another set of buds at a cheaper price with ANC and the sound was more rich and punchy.

This product is amazing for the price.The only thing that I ever have issues with is connectivity and that mostly only happens when the earbuds are low on power. Connectivity seem to be a problem with most Bluetooth earbuds so nothing unexpected.I use these regularly for my job, I work in customer support and headsets or a phone are useless compared to this product. I use these earbuds all day long. The clarity is always crisp and clean and the battery is everything and more that I could ask for in an earbud.Now that the critiques are over I can not emphasize enough how amazing this product is.The battery life of the earbuds is more than can be expected, I get about 6-9 hours of use continual use.The sound quality is adequate for regular music streaming.The variety of earpieces made it a dream to fit to my ear.The small product with a massive battery power bank is super easy to carry.The option to have my headphone case charge my phone is amazing and saves me all the time is a QoL addition that I didn't know I needed but is AMAZING.I still cant believe the crisp clarity of phone calls and video chats that these provide.

Sounds Great!! It has everything I wanted. Punchy base, good sound quality, good noise canceling feature and outstanding battery life. Though one of the buds was having some issues and stopped working which could happen to any electronic device. But I had the greatest customer service from mifo and they helped to fix the issue. It's been almost a year now and still in love with the buds.

Hatte schon 2 mal zuvor die Mifo 05 der ersten Generation und war damit schon sehr zufrieden. Leider bin ich nicht ganz mit der 2. Generation zufrieden, habe das Gefühl die Leistung der Übertragung zwischen den beiden Earbuds und auch zur Quelle sind sehr schwach. Es gibt immer wieder Verbindungsunterbrechungen und wenn ich abends im Bett meine Audiobooks höre und eines meiner Ohren im Kissen versinkt bricht die Verbindung komplett ab. Beim tragen unter einem Helm genauso, es reicht wenn ich mit einer Hand ein Ohr abdecke und es gibt Störungen.Ich werde es vielleicht noch einmal versuchen in der Hoffung ich habe ein Montagsmodel erwischt, denn wie gesagt war ich mit der ersten Generation wirklich mehr als zufrieden.

**Update**5 months and the earbuds remain connected when replacing them in it's case (This happened from day one, but I like them so much I could live with it) Now when i turn or move my head, they keep cutting in and out). Unfortunatly Amazon cannot do a replacement, I can only do that with miso. I bought these for under £90, which means if i return them I will have to cough up another £20! which I will not do, as they don't have active noise cancelling. So now i'm left with a very expensive power bank and one working earbud. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these.I’ve had these earbuds for nearly 3 months now and I still find myself marvelling this well crafted little gem. It’s build quality is on par with Apple products. I prefer more base on my earbuds, and even though I heard heavier bass, the mifo sound is beautifully balanced and very pleasant to listen to. It’s important to try out the different silicon tips, because I found that the tighter the fit, the bass increases significantly. I have small ears, and selected the largest tip. Initially it felt uncomfortable, however after a few minutes the silicone works it’s magic! Honestly at times I have to check if they are in my ears. It’s also important to twist the buds towards your mouth, then not only do you get better voice calls, but also better sound. It’s huge power bank is a plus, which means I have peace of mind I have a means to charge my phone when the juice runs out. The earbuds can be used independently, which means I can be connected to my computer watching YouTube on one ear, while taking a call on the other.I’ve noticed many reviews talking about noise cancellation(ANC). These are not active noise, they are passive. My understanding of this means I’m able to talk to people without the receiver picking up the background noise. It also allows you to still properly hear without removing the buds from your ears. I actually had to return a Sony deep bass earbuds because I felt unsafe and a weird balancing sensation due to the fact I couldn’t hear anything including myself. I could of purchased a pair of anc earbuds for much cheaper than these mifos, but I do not regret it one bit. This is the first time I’ve had earbuds that don’t hurt my ears after several hours of wearing and doesn’t break wearing it to bed. I play these buds at every opportunity I can, even though I purchased another pair of Sony earbuds specifically because the bass was deeper and an equaliser built in, because I couldn’t bring myself to return the mifos because I love them so much… lol.What are you waiting for buy it, trust me you won’t regret it.

These headphones have excellent sound is really high quality. They connect to my smartphone at lightning speed. I did have an issue where one bud was not charging and contacted Mifo. Their service was amazing. They resolved the issue immediately. I now really enjoy these headphones daily. The added function of the case charging other items is a bonus.

My Mifo 5 plus had battery problems and the company contacted me to provide a replacement pair, with the Mifo 5 Gen 2. The Gen 2 quality feel very close to the Mifo 7 (unfortunately, I lost my 7 in the last winter storm). Overall, the Gen 2 is very good price for the quality, without spending too much like the Mifo 7. Excellent customer service. Will review again after longer usage.
