This is an excellent quality kit that supplied everything needed to install. Was delivered on time and Mishimoto does an excellent job of protecting the product. The cooler itself was in its own box sandwiched between foam on each end. Yes it is pricey, but I was limited in time and didn't want to scronge all the parts. Mishimoto provides a video and written directions so the steps are there. Neither show plainly how the brakets are installed so that took extra time. They also do not explain which hose goes where. Of coarse they recommend that a licensed mechanic do the install. Ya right. Who can afford a shop to do all your installs? A little adjustment here and a little adjustment there and you have a nice cooler. Install on 2007 JKU, and noticed immediate temp control.

Trans was running at 200+ within 20 minutes of driving and even hitting 220+. After installing the cooler I've never seen my temps above 170 usually it sits at 120-150 now. And con is it is a painstaking install. Ive done everything on my jeep myself so i know how to turn a wrench and this was a tedious job. If your reading this make sure you install it with all the brackets loose and once its in place do your best to tighten it up also the hose is very then a bit scary so i swapped it out with some line we use on out sprint cars “Earls” and that should last years over all it works wonders.

I installed it on a 2010 JKU. Installation is fairly easy. They have a video on their website which is helpful. My biggest complaint is having a cut the factory hoses and then using clamps to hold everything together. Doesn’t look very professional. Looks more like a universal cooler somebody installed. For the money I was expecting more. I could’ve just bought a $50 cooler if I wanted it to look like a unprofessional install.

Excellent kit. Comes with everything you need for the install. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that The wiring harness that runs across the front doesn't have room above so it now sits in front of the cooler and mine sits tight to my radiator so I added some padded tape to the bottom to prevent damage where it touched.
