These lights are extremely bright and look great. Each string (you get two strings) are 33-feet long so the total length is 66-feet. I bought two sets, so in the pictures you can see four strings on the bushes in front of my house. I do wish each string was at least twice as long - and you cannot extend the string length because they do NOT plug into each other.Please also realize that these lights are powered from USB plug-ins - NOT typical two-prong plug-ins, so you will need to buy and configure power strips or USB/AC power ports in order to power them. I bought a bought two “Tessan electrical 4 outlet expanders with 3 USB wall charger/multi plug extender splitters” on Amazon that allowed me to plug directly in to my icicle lights in order to power the 4 LED light strings.The remote control works very well and one remote can control all four of my strings at once. The remotes work by “line of sight” to where the USB plugs in to the power source. Since I can see the USB plug-ins from the window of my house I can control the lights from the inside of my house. There is also a button on the USB plug-in to control each individual string.Again, these lights are extremely bright. They also have many different patterns that you can set and they look amazing from the street. I would not hesitate to buy these lights again, but I do wish they were much longer since you cannot plug one string into another.

I LOVE these light, but I wanted them for outdoor use so I had to tape a zip-lock bag around the USB plug in as it’s NOT waterproof. Really wish they were actually made 100% for the outdoors like the description says. A bit misleading!!

This rope light set has the smaller copper lights enclosed in durable plastic. There are a ton of different light settings to choose from and you can use either the the built in button on the usb cable or the included remote. It is really bright. It can be powered up via anything that powers a usb connection. My daughter really likes the rainbow setting. Now I can light up for any holiday!

We were going to use these lights for advertising. Unfortunately they are not very bright so we had to return them. And we could never get remote to work.

I wanted to be able to give this high review and I’m glad I waited a week. The lights were easy to install and they are great right after dusk but they only last about 60-90 minutes. I thought at first it was going to be a 1 day fluke but my neighbors have all commented they are out within 90 mins of going on and they start to dim the closer to going out. I can get them back in if I just turn on my patio lights to have that charge the solar panel but that defeats the purpose of the lights.As for the remote the battery never worked once plastic thing was removed but I was at least able to control on back of solar panel.I at least tried to be festive!
