Worst one yet. Barely has any adhesive to it. Although, MuscleFix is a good try on amazon. You can use this one maybe for personal practice, because it can barely stay in place

As mentioned by the seller that the rigid tape and the adhesive on the tape is really bad. They have also mentioned that the rigid tape is waterproof. The moment water fell on the tape it started to give way and came out of the place it was stuck.
