OK, rather than diss this hat I am going to give a review that will help others choose what is probably the very best hat at this price range I have ever purchased. Firstly, the hat comes with a plastic insert that keeps the shape during transport - I purchased a similar hat recently at a similar price and it had no insert. It came crushed and had the general appearance of a comedy cowboy hat. This hat did have a chance to turn up deformed because the plastic insert stopped this from happening. I often buy Stetson Hats that cost several times the price of this one but somehow this one has the shadow of much more expensive hats. Why...? Because for once, a £25 hat actually looks like the style it is claming to be. In other words, this is a trilby and not a knock of. The crown is correct, the turn up at the back is correct and the brim snaps wonderfully at the front. The band is also arty rather than clunky. So what about the size... This is the place where ALL hat makers have a problem and unless you are in the shop trying on all hats to find the right one you are playing a game of chance. However, the point about this hat is the adjustable inner band and the two strips that are sent with the hat which can be stuck behind the band and reduce the size. As usual this hat needed tweaking but between the pads and the reducer I managed it. If I had a pound for everytime I read a complaint that the hat didnt fit I would be rich, but in truth you should expect not absolutely standard size. Ever hat I have purchased has needed tweaking apart from one or two. So, is this a £100 hat for £25, no it isnt. But is this one of the best budget hats out there that fits well and remains true to the style AND actually looks like the picture on Amazon? YES. A great, fun summer hat. Enjoy.

The Quality is absolutely remarkable. It fits very well and it protects me against the sun. It's easy to adjust, carry and fold it. It's a very great value. No regret. Only just happiness!!! And it's elegant (some customers especially women said me "Very nice hat, I like it")

The item was fine, the service was shocking. Parcel left in the mail room !!!!! The parcel was left outside the building - there for anybody to pick up. I pay for my parcels to be delivered to my flat, not outside the building. We don't have a mail room.

What a lovely hat. It is very cool to wear and does'nt make your sweat and throb . Would definately buy another . Well worth the money .very stylish

Great quality hat, but beware the size - very hit and miss. I had to return and re-order twice more because of the unpredictable size!

Great quality, shape and style, but I ordered a small size and this is still far to large .........The company needs to have more clarity over sizing, particularly for petite and smaller frames

A nice stylish hat, it was well packaged with a plastic inner brim, (something all online hat retailers should do)! The fit was ok for my size, though had to tweak the inner band, I didn't need to insert the enclosed reducers you get. If, I had 1 criticism, it would be the outer styling band; it looked darker in the illustrations, but it's pale, it gives the hat a more higher look, as the darker band isn't breaking up the colour.
