Postbox Kashmir Two Lives In Letters

Well researched and extremely well written book. A Must read.
The media could not be loaded. Enjoyed reading this book. Very well researched and extremely well-written. The author shines in her debut work.Quite liked the idea of creating a walk through kashmir's contemporary history around letters exchanged between two teenagers, Duaa and Saumya. The idea itself is a winner.Every time the two young pen pals appeared puzzled about the goings on in the Valley the author hand-held them and steered them out of the haze by presenting a matrix of well-researched historical truths while keeping them abreast with the fast-paced dramatic developments culminating in the controversial decision of scrapping the state's special status. This book shall be a good primer for not just young minds wanting to understand contemporary Kashmir but pushes the envelope by seeing the troubled valley from the lens of teenagers of modern India who have a zillion dreams to shape their country their way.I think I have just finished reading a book that is destined to receive accolades and awards.

An honest and refreshing perspective of the story of Kashmir.
Kudos to the author Divya Arya for presenting such a poignant tale presented through the eyes of two young teenagers! It goes beyond the epistolary style, the constraints of the journalistic project and the interspersed factual details to unfold a touching story of a long distance friendship. The humane perspective of the Kashmir conundrum, fraught with their aspirations , hope and despair couldnt have found a better spokesperson than young Duaa. Saumya's growth into a young ,fiercely independent woman passionate about all causes that afflict India rekindles a sense of hope that our youth will steer us on the path of love, solidarity and compassion. An absolutely delightful read for young minds and old! Sincerely hope the book receives plenty of accolades ,awards and recognition ! ! Heartiest Congratulations to the author once again!

A book worth reading
Beautiful writing by a wonderful author. Cheers to Divya Arya for bringing the true elements of the society into light. Have read very few true stories that enlighten me with thoughts of where we actually belong. In all true forms, it is not what it looks like. And a true author pens down such incidents so beautifully so that we get the real picture..Thank you for Postbox Kashmir

Bridging the knowledge gap between Delhi and Kashmir
Liked the way the both teenaged students were curiously asking questions from each other and answering them.
