Would these work for a leg or ankle ulcer that doesn't require compressuon?

I used the ABD pads to cover wound area to keep any drainage from leaking out under the bandage.

Description says, "four packs of 100".Then says 400. Looks like there is a mistake here?

We received only ONE PACK OF 25. Not 4 x 25. Not 100. ONLY 25 Total.

i ordered these several times before and the quantity was always 4 boxes of 25 totalling 100 pads.now says 25 count but specs say 400 which is it?

Medline ABD pads comes 25 per box. I think the 400 is what you get if ordered a case.

would this work for a tummy tuck scar? with early drainage?

I use them for a tattoo removal. I take 3m micropore tape (best I've been able to find) and tape two of the pads together. I have to keep mine covered for about two weeks each treatment and it's the length of my torso on my side. Idk how big your incinsion is but I'd imagine this would work. If not you can always tape them together like I do. This is the largest pad I've been able to find.
