Yes, this is what I needed!
I recently picked up the UTG .22/Airgun to Picatinny/Weaver Low Pro Snap-in Adaptor, and it has been a game-changer for my shooting setup! This adaptor is incredibly well-made, providing a solid and secure fit that allows me to easily mount my accessories without any wobble or concern.Installation was a breeze—just snap it in, and I was ready to go in minutes. The low-profile design is fantastic, ensuring that my optics sit at the perfect height for quick target acquisition. I appreciate the versatility it offers, allowing me to use my favorite Picatinny accessories on my airgun without any hassle. The durability of this adaptor is impressive as well. It feels sturdy and reliable, and I have no doubts about its performance even under heavy use. It’s also lightweight, which is a nice bonus, as it doesn’t add unnecessary bulk to my setup.Overall, the UTG adaptor has exceeded my expectations. It’s functional, easy to use, and enhances my shooting experience significantly. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their airgun or .22 setup!

Very good adapter!
These are EXACTLY what I needed to mount my red dot and they work perfectly! Very well made; good fit and finish. Add almost no additional height to the sight's picatinny mount. NOTE: Each of the two pieces that come in this set have a small "set screw" which is intended to mate with "stop pin" holes in Dovetail rail if so equipped. If your rail (like mine) does NOT have provisions for stop pins, then simply remove the set screws. Mine "fit like a glove" and are holding perfectly. I highly recommend these for a truly quick, simple, effective, and affordable solution to securing a Pic mount to a Dovetail rail.

Comes in a 2 pack!
At first I thought these were sold individually, but they come in a two pack, which makes this a good deal compared to the other knock offs which have questionable build quality. UTG makes solid products, and this dovetail adapter is representative of that, and comes highly recommended from other reviewers who tried to use the cheaper knock off version of the UTG adapters.I wanted to put a Red Dot sight on my Crosman 1322 after installing a new breech, and this adapter makes that possible. It took me some trial and error to get it to fit on the new breech I installed, as instructions are kind of vague on how to do it. So, I removed the top Allen screw as it was just in the way, and then I fit the UTG adapter into the Red Dot sights base itself and then was able to manipulate it onto the Dovetail on the breech and torque it down. Your results may vary depending on your set up, but this worked for me.Please note, if you are going to have to adjust the spring tension on the adapter, the Allen screws on the side of the unit are very small, so small in fact that you might want to consider ordering some micro Allen keys if you need to do manual adjustments to the adapter. Even the smallest Allen keys I had wouldn't fit, so just a heads up there. 5*****Stars.

UTG adapter did not do the job.
I mounted the UTG MTD-DT2PW01 on my Crossman Vantage NP Pellet gun. I used it to adapt it to a Bushnell TRS-25 Red Dot Sight. At first I thought it was a genius design, compact and simple to install. I shot several rounds through my pellet gun and could not get it to shoot a reasonable group. Then the worst happened the Red Dot Sight fell on the ground off the pellet gun. Upon inspection I found that the 2 parallel rods on the UTG adapter were bent. Since I had two adapters with the package, I decided to try again and be real carful when tightening the Red Site site. Before I even shot the pellet gun the two parallel rods were bent slightly. The more I shot the pellet gun the worse the groups got. The parallel rails bent so far that I was afraid the do more damage to my sight if it fell off again. As a mechanical engineer, I determined that the design is pretty practical but the guide rods are not made of steel and are not stiff enough to hold a sight on the gun.

Easy to fit
These were to fit on a Hatsan Blitz. The scope turret just happened to sit right where the front of the magazine needed to go when using the Piccatiny portion of the scope mount. Going to the 11mm upper rail let me move the scope enough to prevent interference. They still let the scope sit low enough to get a good cheek weld, wouldn't have been the case with riser adapters. Seem to be quality made, I found the best way to use is to put the narrow movable bit next to the ring's rail clamp, both bits move properly to get a good tight fit. And they just snap in. Have a small vertical set screw that can fit into any cross slots, like my combo rail on this gun. Not going to take a lot of recoil, like from a springer or firearm, perfect for PCPs.

It's just okay. Clever idea but not executed as well as it could be.
I bought this adapter so I could use weaver style scope mounts on my Marlin 22 that has a dovetail base. The quality of the item is satisfactory but it uses springs to push the adapter outward. You squeeze the adapter together and snap it in to your scope rings and then mount the whole thing to your dovetail. The problem is you are relying on the scope rings to tighten the adapter to the rail and have everything lock up tight. I had to tighten the rings very tightly to get them to stop wobbling. Also, there is a set screw on the adapters that you can only screw up or down from the top. There are no instructions on what to use it for but I figured you screw it up to help it tighten the adapter in the scope ring. But since you can't tighten the screw from the bottom then you have to adust it, test fit it and then adjust again till you get it right.I also made the mistake of thinking the set screw was to be screwed down to tighten the fit between the dovetail and the adapter. But all that does not work and just causes scratches or nicks on the rail.In my opinion the adapter would be much better designed if you could attach it to the dovetail and tighten it there first. Then attach the weaver style rings to the adapter. If it holds tight and does not wobble I will keep using them. But I'm not completely sold on them yet.
