Usually online purchases are supposed to work right out of the box if not damaged from shipping.But not with this one.It passed quality inspections MADE IN AMERICA with El Salvadorian hands and Chinese electronics inspected by blind person.All together made this baby 70lb of not properly working piece of metal.On a bright side the Baby is beautiful I wished it worked I would definitely keep it,but as a second victim with similar problem I'll stay away.Besides I found at least 3 more identical products using exactly the same parts in and out,with different names and prices(Golden Vantage 36" Under Cabinet Stainless Steel Range Hood Vent GV-R01-90 with Baffle Filter),(Cavaliere-Euro AP238-PS15-36 36 Inch 900 CFM Stainless Steel Under Cabinet Range Hood from the AirPRO Collect), (Stainless Steel,36" Under Cabinet Stainless Steel Range Hood Kitchen Vent With Remote Control AZ-R0236)All those look the same and probably have same problems and once entering your homes will become your problem.Mouse over image to zoomHave one to sell? The product arrived quickly and I installed it as instructed by Company's YouTube's video. It works quieter and moves a lot more air than the one it replaces. Besides, it has very good finish. One thing, it is already noted on earlier review that the very white and cold LED light does distort color a little in the area under it.

Unit received button stuck on housing bad manufacturing. Unit is mark with bunch of initial inspection pass ok. Either there blind or does not inspect there product. This unit was going to be sent back wasn't able due to medical reason. Got a call from Thomas from manufacturer he requested for a picture send to him. Sent picture that show clearly that they screw up on assembling this unit Never heard from Thomas since then.... Buyer beware...there is no warranty on this unit since the manufacturer hasn't corrected my defective unit...
