Hi my question is if this monitor is compatible with a chromebook so that the monitor is used in its touchscreen version?

It is a touchscreen. I have not tried it with a Chromebook. In fact, I have never used a Chromebook. It works out of the box with a Raspberry PI and Raspberry Pi OS. One thing to note is that does not really have a case: there is an exposed circuit board in the back. It is aimed more at hobbies applications, IMHO.

how do i use the touch screen on here? it keeps controlling my main screen on a 2 screen setup I am using windows 10
