Worth the extra dough!
This pan has become an integral part of my kitchen over the last ten months. I use it several times a week with Emeril's French bread recipe (one recipe is just right for this four loaf pan). The twelve inch loaves are perfect halved for sandwiches, or sliced the short way for appetizers.Quality: The pan is thin--which is great because it is lightweight and easy to lift into and out of the oven. The finish enables me to shape my loaves and let them rise right in the pan without any oil/nonstick spray/cornmeal. The bread just will not stick to the pan. The pan itself also cools very quickly and is a cinch to clean.In use: The crust of the bread is very even and nicely browned all the way around with this pan. I slash the loaves and brush with an egg wash prior to baking for 20 minutes and they come out perfect. I have made the same French bread recipe using a regular pan lined with parchment, and the loaves flatten a bit and connect. This pan keeps them perfectly rounded and beautiful. I have also made breads that need a pan of water in the oven to achieve the chewy-crispy crust, but it is not needed when I bake with this pan.Summary: This pan makes my bread beautiful with no fuss. It takes probably 30 minutes total of mixing and rolling time (all the rest of the bread making time is just rising) to have excellent bread with no undesirable additives at a fraction of the cost. Homemade bread is great. . .beautiful homemade bread is even better.

Good, but....
This pan is ideal for making hotdog buns. It is a bit narrow for making sandwich baguettes or hoagies, I would use the perforated french bread pan(amazon sells them) for those next time. The pan is definitely non-stick and very easy to clean.

Very nice
I like it. Made sourdough baguettes with it, fits well, bakes perfectly. Clean up is easy, mild soap and water, and air or towel dry. Nothing sticks, no need to grease or use parchment.

Makes great baguettes
I found this while searching for items to use as part of the New Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day book. I've used it several times and the bread stayed its shape. The recipes in the book say to use baking parchment paper. Unless you know for sure your dough isn't sticky, you're better off using this with the parchment paper. The paper doesn't take anything away from this pan. I've had it about a month or so and so far so good.

perfect for hot dog buns
The wells of this pan were a little smaller than I expected. They are indeed hot dog bun size. If you are looking to make a hoagie/sandwich roll then this pan is probably a bit too small. The non-stick finish is nice, and it is a very solid pan.

Use with a cookie sheet for support and ease of handling.
Increases my baguette output, just need to come up with a cover that spans all four slots for the first part of baking. Too soon to know about durability. Had to use it on a cookie sheet because it is a little too large for the baking sheet, but not a problem with that. Arrived in a timely manner.

Bread came out beautiful, crusty and dark gold
Couldn't wait to try it out; using the recipe from Crust & Crumb by Peter Reinhart the loaves came out the best they ever have. Beautiful and crusty with a dark gold color. No problem getting out of pan; used a mix of fine and heavy cornmeal sprinkled in pan. Plus they are easy to clean which is an added bonus.

Gives me nice shapped baguettes every time
My baguettes come out looking like real baguettes by keeping their shape and it it easy to clean. Though they are a decent size for home baking I just wished the lengh was a bit longer.

Langzeittest nicht bestanden
Nach dem ich ein paar mal Brot gebacken habe, das sich nach dem backen festgeklebt hat und das ist rauskratzen musste, hat sich auch die Beschichtung gelöst.Vielleicht müsste man mehr Mehl benutzen

L'antiaderente perfetto
Ottimo testo per baguette o altro ci si voglia cuocere in forno. Ottimo materiale antiaderente antigraffio e resistente nel tempo. Dopo quasi un anno di utilizzo sono molto soddisfatta e consiglio l'articolo per chi cerca stesse caratteristiche.

Fa il dovere ma...
Non ho ricevuto il prodotto che si vede in foto. È evidentemente diverso, gli alloggi per le baguettes sono più larghi e meno profondi rispetto a quanto mostrato nella foto. Tutto sommato non é un grosso problema...ma per chi, come me, si aspettava un prodotto piuttosto che quello recapitato...beh...un pò di amaro resta. Inoltre l'imballaggio era clamorosamente sovradimensionato e lesionato in più punti. È la prima volta che mi capita con Amazon.
