Very effective.
I had been buying the Tylenol equivalent for sinus congestion, pain. This seems to work faster, and clear my sinuses much better. I will be switching, from now on, to this OTC medication. I require some sort of help opening up my sinuses, almost daily.

Costs too much now
Works good, you can even only take one instead of the two package together. Was 6 bucks a box 6 months ago, now I have to get a wired brand for the 3 dollar increase

Not working
It’s the winter time so I got this as I have a bad stuffed nose. I took this and some nasal spray that my provider prescribed me but this med for me work over time. The first two days was fine. But starting the third day I was all very stuffy and I shown my provider what otc med I’m taking and his advise me not to take this as it worst the situation. I can’t say for everyone but this doesn’t work n got my situation worst. Might work for others with minor issue
