Wonderful
Had to order larger size than measurement recommended but is a great support and fits well and comfortable and I’ll order another if needed on both knees at same time!!

Comfortable, Lightweight but ZERO Support
There is no support in this, it's not designed for that. It is designed to be a warmer for your joints and it's very lightweight. Basically you could get compression leggings and have a similar effect. Wearing those all day would not be all that comfortable. This alternatively could work for you in that regard. The fit. Well I ordered the 4XL using the size chart. My legs are thick and muscular. Because of the diameter of the top of the sleeve, the top of the compression sleeve must be placed up near my groin, similar to where a female would have a thigh high. Ladies, now I know how you feel! It's not that big of a deal so long as it stays up. Which has been a problem for me with other types of non hook and loop style Knee support. As mentioned, this is quite thin and it's so thin that it really lacks providing the warmth I was hoping it would offer me. So while there are good aspects of this, all in all, I find this to be quite ineffective for me. What it will be used for is to wear underneath a Hook and Loop Knee brace, or under another knee warmer I've got which has many small silicone circles in it. After wearing one for an extended period of time, they leave a mark around your knee area. Perhaps that will prevent the discomfort of those. Also, this can get worn when icing down my knee as one extra layer of material. In summary, it's useful but not for what the sleeve as marketed for.

Nice to wear under knee brace. Go up in size.
I purchased this sleeve to wear under my big knee brace. It helps keep the Velcro straps from irritating the back of my knee. On its own there is no support. If you’re looking for something for comfort under a knee brace this is perfect. I measured my thigh and went up one size. It’s still a little snug at the top but fits.

Better than a full support system and fits nicely under slacks!

These things DO NOT fit properly or stay up on a larger leg
I ordered these because I have bone on bone knee issues and was looking for something I could wear under my pants because my knee brace is too bulky and doesn't fit under my clothes. After researching and comparing knee sleeves on Amazon, I was finally able to find some that were actually "close" to the 6X sizing you find on a normal XX Large size chart. They had copper in them and I heard that could help and said they would not roll down which is always an issue for larger people. When I received them, I tried to put them on and while they DO fit for the most part, the bands are tight but roll down anyway and they are as thin if not thinner than basic tights, so no support what so ever. In fact, they are super loose in all the parts except the bands which are insanely tight and cut off circulation. I'm sure some people out there will say just go lose some weight and if it was that easy, I would have by now but with my excruciating pain from both knees, it is nearly impossible to exercise and stand for any length of time which is WHY I bought these in the first place!! I thought about sending them back but had already thrown out one of the boxes because it ripped trying to get the sleeve out but yeah, if you're anything in the extra large size range, look for another product IF you can find one that doesn't consider what would normally be a 3X a 6X instead. For all the harping I hear thin or athletic people say that overweight or obese people need to quit being lazy and get up and exercise, they don't make it very easy to do when most people with weight issues have bad knees or a back or whatever. Try working out in debilitating pain equal to early to middle stages of childbirth and then talk to me about how easy it is or how every fat person should just work out and be healthy :/

Runs 3 sizes small
Giving only 2 stars due to how bad the sizing chart is.My orginal order in 2019 I measures 1XL but 2XL fit. This month, 7/23, my leg measured 22", according to the chart a 2XL would be my correct size. I order 2Xl & 3XL, both were too small. I reordered 4XL-6XL. The 5XL fit fine.Regarding reviews I have read.I have wore some brand of copper infused knee sleeves since 2014. To the people that say the sleeve rolls. If your leg pushes out above the band, the sleeve is too tight. Which will cause it to roll over. The sleeve should be fitting but not tight. For the people that say this sleeve has no support. Nowhere in the description does it say a support sleeve. This is a copper infused compression sleeve. It helps with the pain. I depend on the sleeve to sleep. My osteoarthritis is really bad when I lay down.Regarding the sleeve sliding down when walking. Yes, as the body warms up, the sleeve slides. I have wore support sleeve as well as compression sleeves. I havw found they all slide down. I discussed this with the basketball coach at the university I work at. He said it didn't matter what type of sleeve I got, they all would slid down.I don't wear them much during the day due to this, especially in the summer. My knee shots don't work much anymore, so if am going to be up a lot I will deal with the sliding & pulling up.If the sizing had been more accurate, I would have gave the sleeve 5 stars.

Use as a calf sleeve
I have ordered many of these. I have lymphoma in my legs. I use these on my calves. Then wrap my legs with compression wraps. Sometimes I will put another one over the wraps. Either to help keep them in place and if I am wearing shorts to cover the wraps when I go out. It helps keeping every from sliding. If you are wanting it for a knee brace it is nice and long. I am 5'10" and have long legs. The fit my whole calf. There isn't much compression. Very light. If I was using it for that I would not be as happy with it. I would want more of a support.
