I love these oats, they make a delicious start to my days.Healthy start to the day, I have with blueberries and goats thick youghurt,and maybe a few almonds and pumpkin seeds .... and sliced banana .... yummy!These are one of my favourite makes.

Really tasty quinoa flakes, they make a nice porridge. I add protein powder and flaxseed for a nice protein energy boost after a morning workout. Easy and quick to cook, a perfect oat alternative, delicious with berries.
