Kind of weak.Probably good for children / people without diagnosis. Try alprazium if this doesnt work for you. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to keep taking a half capsule by trying this one out. Ill be going back to alprazium.I have a.d.d. ring of fire which is either type 5/6 of a.d.d. (the one that is often misdiagnosed as bi-polar disorder) anyway...The product works, but lacks some of the things in alprazium and comes in at a lower % of "other ingredients" a.k.a. supplements that work like gaba, lemon balm, 5htp, and l-theanine. I had to increase the dosage to 3-4 pills to get the effect of what I was already taking at 1/2 a pill.Alprazium has 10g of melatonin so I found that taking 1/2 a pill after waking up in morning worked best for me bc I am sensitive to melatonin. = another reason I am looking for a more cost effective and better working supplement.Hope this helps.

I've been taking these for OCD for the past 2 weeks and wow have I seen a difference. I've been dealing with OCD all my life and this is the only medicine that has made me think better and my OCD has been since controlled. I'm hoping for better life with these pills and hoping it gets much better during more time

So, it’s been two years, I haven’t used it anywhere close to its supposed life. Now it overheats and dies always after running it for only 20 minutes. It’s too bad because it really does have a decent picture. I should have gotten the square trade warranty on it.

My husband takes this and swears by it. This is the second time I ordered it and won't be the last.

It came fast and have been using it about a week. It does seem to be helping!

This is really helps calm you down at night.

After 3 days I noticed a huge difference but I am only taking 1 instead of 2 pills. I'm introverted and it helps me open up.

So far not much change but I have only been taking it for a few days. I'm continuing to take it and hoping for the best.
