Taste is growing on me. Didn’t like taste at first

I have been using biotin for at least two years now. But on April 1,2025 I had open heart surgery; shortly after my hair started to fall out. It was awful, I thought I was going to be bald. I shed hair in the shower and even when was sitting watching television. My doctor told me to take biotin, as much as I wanted to take. So to started to take 20,000 mcg. My hair stopped falling out and now it is growing back in and it is thick like it was 10 years ago. I’m 72 years old now. I will keep taking it. It’s vitamin B7. This brand is a good value

*Male 35 Brittle Nails* Received 2 days ago. Honestly, the taste is not horrible as all these 1 stars are saying. Try taking valerian root capsules, you'll hate me later. These are 10k mcg which is overkill in a good way, means 1 gummy per serving is plenty. As for sugar crystals... If you're healthy and casually watch your diet these are not gonna kill you. 1 gummy is 2g of sugar, 4% daily value. Can of coke is 39g of sugar. Just watch what you put in your body and weigh the pros and cons. As for effectiveness, we shall see and I'll update in a few months.

Definitely noticed a difference in my nails and hair - took awhile nearly 6 months but so worth it. Nice tasting and easily chewed.

Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I'll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.
