I highly recommend this product and it stays cold

It's a great product for what it's worth. I don't have to strap it to keep in place, elbow or your knee.

2 hours in the freezer and it is ice cold. Stays very cold for about 25 minutes. Made with Good quality material.

Used for severe tennis elbow injury...and I don't even play tennis...lol BOTH hot and cold aspects gave me great results and over a couple of months this product (along with anti inflammatory meds) made the difference in a significant reduction in pain and overall improved arm mobility. THANK YOU TOLACCEA!! Also, I was given their Arthritis Ice Glove for testing/review purposes..... Another OUTSTANDING quality product that will have a great benefit for anyone suffering from arthritis joint pain, tightness, or cramping in your hand(s). For me this worked better with the heat aspect and even after 30 seconds in the microwave....this gets HOT!! The refrigerator and/ or freezer options also are quite effective, but was not my preference. My only 2 minor cons of the product would be. 1. Maybe make the velcro wrap a little less intense as it is like industrial strength velcro that I think would hold the spaceship together and can be difficult to undo at times. 2. Finger tips are a little to long in that you are not able to bend the fingers much to be able to work with them and still be able to go about your day. Other than that this is great effective well made product that I would highly reccomend.
