Not useful as orthopaedic pillow
Better to use it as normal pillow for sleeping and not for any cervical problems as its not of much use in this regard. Also, the pillow cover provided with it is hair magnet as hairs tends to come off and stick to it. Memory foam quality and softness is good. 3 stars for that!
