Glass exploded
The front glass exploded with loud noise during pre-heating. Very scary experience. Fortunately no body was near the oven. Otherwise the explosion could have caused injuries. Bajaj Electricals says the glass is not covered in the warranty. They were accusing us that we broke the glass. The support rep and his manager were very rude and were not listening to us and yelled at us. They also did not resolve the issue. They closed the ticket saying the heating element is working??? Without the front glass it is not usable. They told us they will send us quotation for front glass which they have not done. So it is sitting as the only ugly item for everyone to see in our otherwise modern designer kitchen. I intend to keep it there with shattered glass pieces and tell the incident to all. Amazon people are also not helpful. They advertised the product with two year warranty and sold. But they tell us it is not their responsibility. Now Bajaj electricals own Murphy Richards in India. So, best is to avoid - just like all Bajaj products we avoid.

Bad Quality of product and worst service
PTG quality is bad. Front Door side clip was broken within 90 days and Im running pillar to post to get it replaced from bajaj electrical consumer care(yes , they are authorised service center for richard murphy) . So dont buy this OTG if you want peace of mind.

Received Damaged and Poor-Quality Product
I recently received a product from Morphy Richards through your platform, and I am disappointed with its quality. The item arrived with a small dent, and the outer cabinet is extremely light and fragile — it bends easily when I place my hand on it. This raises serious concerns about its durability. As a regular customer, I expect better quality checks and packaging from both the seller and Amazon.
