I’ve tried a lot of high protein, low calorie meal items and this one is an absolute favorite. I think I’ve ordered it 10 times since I’ve been on my diet. The flavor is really good - a lot like Lipton cup of noodles to be honest - the texture is great, and the protein makes for a very satisfying meal. I don’t know how they put the protein in here (there aren’t any chunks of soy protein) but it definitely has protein. I can tell because of how I feel after I eat it. Great for on the go. Sometimes I have this and a piece of fruit or salad for lunch or, on days when I seem to have the munchies, this makes for a very satisfying, low-calorie snack. I wish it had more noodles, but I suppose there are enough to be satisfying. You do get a few noodles with every spoonful down to the end. Usually I put it in a coffee cup and sip it, swirling occasionally to keep the noodles mixed in. One tip: you do need to stir it a few times while you’re letting it sit in the hot water, or else it forms a crust on top and the noodles don’t rehydrate. If you stir it a few times the noodles will rehydrate very well.

Just started my diet and decided to give this a try. It's not like the cup of soups Lipton makes, it's lighter with less salt and becomes thick like a thin gravy when it's mixed in your cup. Tastes pretty good and gives you that extra lift when you're hungry. A Bit pricey but I would purchase again as long as Canada doesn't raise the price with the Tariff Wars going on. Yes, they're produced in Canada.

This soup does have a good flavor and is convenient to make however it is way to salty to taste. I probably will not purchase that one again.

This tastes really bad. I want to return it or at least credit my account. This does not taste like Chicken noodle soup.

I am on a liquid only protein diet right now. I have been doing protein shakes for days. When I made this soup last night, it tasted heavenly. It was a fabulous way to get the protein and switch up the taste from the sweet protein shakes. I was worried because I'd heard horror stories of how sometimes protein will gel up in a hot mix. Since I was aware this can happen, I microwaved the water, but did not take it to boiling. It was hot though. I followed directions and mixed the powder in with a fork. It does take a bit of whisking for it to stir in completely. It says to wait two minutes after stirring before consuming. I think that might let any undissolved powder become dissolved.I was pleasantly surprised with both the taste and texture. I felt like I was somehow cheating on the diet because it seemed like "real food". I will admit, I was imagining it had noodles in it. It was a nice creamy consistency and had just the right about of spices and flavor. I did not get any weird protein taste from it and it didn't have any aftertaste.Now remember, I had been having just protein shakes for 7 days already. If you are on a pizza eating, have whatever you want type diet and think this is going to be a fantastic meal, you may have a different opinion. However, if you are working on a high protein diet and are focusing on healthy, low calorie, high protein options, I think this Creamy Chicken Soup Mix is really quite ideal. You're getting 15 grams of protein and only 80 calories per serving.My only complaint - the price. It works out to about $1.60/cup. In reality though, I guess a protein shake is similarly priced.
