Rio Creations MW384-413 Metro Weave 4 Piece Ultra Deep Seating, Mocha

I ordered the red one, but I got the beige one. That's super disappointing, because the beige is dull of dirt and chose this set specifically because of the colour. But of course you don't realize you've got the wrong colour until you tear through 5 layers of cardboard, and I'm hardly going to try to ship it back at that point. Bah! The red would have been so pretty! But it seems like a pretty good set otherwise, and a few colourful pillows can go a long way. But still.I have one bolt that wouldn't fit into one of the chairs, which confounds me, but I'm not especially great at putting these things together. The instructions are a little impressionist, but I got there in the end. Except for that one bolt. Hopefully it doesn't collapse on me. Fingers crossed.

I did not receive the terracotta colored item I ordered although the box was clearly marked as such. One of the bolts was missing and one of the plastic plugs was also missing. The top of the coffee table was broken on one end, but was not worth returning the set over. Fortunately my husband can fix just about anything and managed to put it all together and it will be fine for a couple of years. Ordered Terra Cotta hoping to get the Mocha set and it worked! You get what you pay for in a way (one hole in the love seat did not align and a missing clear plastic bumper piece for the glass), but it's totally great for the price. The size is quite generous and it's not flimsy at all. It says all of the pieces have a 300 lb weight limit, but I expect the love seat can hold more.This set is perfect for my NYC rental since I never want to invest too much since it's not a forever home. I will be spraying the other patio furniture to match since I'm happy with the quality.The metal arms are close to oil rubbed bronze color.

I ordered the red terracotta and got the beige. Overall the item is a lot wider than I thought it would be and quite comfortable. All the screws were in 4 separate white UNMARKED boxes which was not great since I had to figure out what screws went with what piece. I take two stars away. One for WRONG color delivered and one for screws being unmarked.

Lucky I read the reviews before I ordered (all got wrong color) so I ordered the tan hoping to get the red - and it worked! BUT: one arm rest was the wrong piece and now I can't assemble the loveseat!!! Hot Line does only have answering machine where they want you to leave all Information, now I'm waiting to be called back!?!? Will update.

I recently received and assembled the four piece Rio creation. The red one was delivered although I ordered the tan set. I really like both so I wasn't disappointed, but it was truly funny because all the reviews I read about this item disclosed how the buyers ordered a specific color and received the opposite. lol.The product seems quite sturdy and it pretty spacious. The assemble time was two hours which isnt bad considering you have to tighten all the screws manually. I am looking forward to enjoying my new set and relaxing this summer.

Somehow thought I would be different... Also ordered terracotta and received beige. Didnt want to deal with an exchange attempt so I started on assembly.... Half way through the first chair I noticed the receiving end of the screw was not glued to the chair legs (see pic, the gold piece should remain in the chair leg). You have to secure these before assembly otherwise the screws just pull out.

It's a nice set. Seems to be good quality. Amazon sent the wrong color, so I didn't receive the red I ordered, I ended up with tan. The seats are deep and comfortable.
