Okay not great
I think these are okay just not great for the calories. I ended up ordering some from a bakery in New York & had them sent to me and those were AMAZING. So, this was a good try but not as good as the real thing from a bakery.

Decent shortbread, awful caramel.
The shortbread was okay, but the caramel was pretty horrible, with none of the gooeyness that caramel should have, and kind of an off taste. I suspect a good caramel needs butter, so if you're just looking for something gluten free but not necessarily vegan or dairy free, look for something else. I could see this being a decent substitute if you just really haven't had anything indulgent in a while.

Awful...
Awful the shortbread was dry and no taste. They were just bad. I am throwing them away. Waste of money. I did not buy them from Amazon but I just felt anyone buying them need to know. I am not a vegan so maybe I am not used to this consistency or taste but to me it was like eating something dry and old.
