GS-41 Big Horse Smoker Grill,Black

The grill is cool, but is not level. The instruction manual is easy to follow and states, "If you need any assistance or missing parts, please email me at ..... <<insert email address>>.....I've tried to email twice with NO RESPONSE!!! In my case, i need a door to the fire box. Can't use it without a door!!!! So, i'll be making my own i guess....I would stay away from this only due to the fact that the Company will not respond. Go with an Oklahoma Joe instead.
