Harsh, but controlled
I used this for two tasks, the first was to clean between the slabs on a patio, removing the dirty and grass/moss of the season in order to fill it properly, it was excellent at this task, though did leave scuffs as it is very abrasive. The other task was to go around the fitting points of a large sewage down pipe, removing the old sealant and some ground level loose tarmac by hand, to allow refilling, and then to clear out debris from around a drain cover before lifting. In all these uses it has been excellent, washes clean and then dried to store, the handles are alright, they give you a good grip, especially when pushing into hard topping, but then also allow controlled application of pressure to avoid the bristles (which are actually hard nail shaft like structures) from breaking into the surface too much.

Industrial Two Handle Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Wire Brush
A wire brush is one of those handy items that everyone should have in their toolbox. They are extremely useful for cleaning up metal items that are rusting, as well as removing debris and cleaning other items that do not really matter too much if they get scratched (great for removing flaking paint from garden benches etc, before painting). This particular brush from Equip Trade, features a rigid plastic body and 2 handles with rubberised grips. Most wire brushes have a single handle, but the 2 handle design of this one means you can apply extra pressure, which can be particularly useful when cleaning up metal items. You can also use this with just one hand, quite comfortably. The bristles are made from carbon coated stainless steel, making them nice and strong and able to cut through thick build ups of dirt or rust.***** Conclusion *****I really like the 2 handles design of this product, as it is comfortable to use and easy to apply a little extra pressure when needed.Of course, the extra handle adds a little more height to the end of the brush, so you may not be able to get it into some places that a single handled brush would fit.I also like that the end is slightly curved upwards, this is great as it helps prevent the brush from snagging on sharp corners when using it.For £7.45, I think this is great value and would happily recommend it.

Sorted My Situation
I have an issue where someone has marked my exterior back wooden fence on the opposite side facing out away from the property. We have a dog and suspect that it is some horrible person who has marked our fence in the hope of stealing our dog. The chipped mark's are so obvious that I wanted something to use to make it look more natural before doing something else to hide the fresh wood uderneath. This tool did the trick in scuffing up the marks even more that it looks more like wear and tear as opposed to neatly sanded and I was then able using my artistic skills to age the wood. The tool was easy to hold and more ergonomic having two handles for better control and to apply an even pressure as well as not putting too much strain on my arms. I can see this being a beneficial tool around our garden too as we have many old flagstones that could equally do with a clean up also.

I'm not overly convinced
The garden of my house has an ugly wall in it, which is a neighbours wall. Well, I say that the wall is ugly but what I mean is that the salts on the jointing makes the wall look less than cuddly. So, I tried to remove it with some metal brushes that I have: no luck. Seeing the opportunity to use this industrial brush I ordered it for review. Same result - the aformentioned salts seem harder than the bristles of this brush! So, on that basis I am not convinced that this brush meets the advertised claims for it.

heavy duty wire brush with two handles
So the description states this is a:-Wire brush for heavy duty abrasive cleaning. This heavy duty wire brush has two handles and is made of carbon coated stainless steel. Its does the job and makes the job easyer to do.The shape remained me of a wood plain.. Useing your two hands to scrub means your putting on lore pressure on what your cleaning. I started off on the bbq. But then because we are having the garden re-landscape my other half had the job of cleaning up some of the patio slabs. Which we were able to clean instead of renewing.I then thought what have I got to lose if I use the brush on a old concrete windowsill, this cleaned its off from all the moss and grime but also all the old flakey paint too.Used a soft brush to clean away the debris and it was back to the bear bones and a lick of paint it looked brand new. Win. Win.All I need to do now is to hide it from my dad so he don't nick it. Being a builder he loves his tools. So far so good. But I will update this review if needed.

Very easy to use and doesn't rust.
Wire brushing can be a tough job with a traditional brush with a wooden handle. Gripping it can be difficult and puts lots of stress on the hand. The steel bristles can rust too. So this new type of wire brush makes the job much easier and more efficient. I can get two hands on the job if needed to add pressure and the whole process is much less tiring. What's more, the bristles are made of stainless steel so the life of the brush will be much longer. This is an excellent product in my view, with a very competitive price.

Gets most jobs done!
Whilst not perfect they are value for money. Don't get me wrong there are better ones out there but you will pay the price for them. For the basics like patios this one is solid, easy and comfortable to hold and will clean with ease (just use some cleaning products with it). It struggles on brick, mine and black and whilst it did remove some of the moss and dirt but not all.I can't really down talk it too much, it easily removes rust and the brush is so easy to hold that I believe it to be a bargain.
