The stuff is truly amazing. Used in my Bissell big green carpet cleaning machine. Tried many carpet cleaners and this one is the best. Carpets are an off white Berber and been through many dogs, cats, and kids. Carpet is about 30 years old. Still looks great, Over last few years not been coming as clean so thought I would try this and I am truly impressed. Took out dog and cat pee stains that were a few years old. Wiped out the dog, cat pee smell, bonus took out old pop and food stains too. It only took 2 ounces to do large living room 500 square feet and hallway about 30 square feet. Definitely keeping this in stock. It has a very light lime smell. Followed directions on bottle and was shocked at the results. Worth every penny.

Amazing stuff! Wish I'd found out about it years ago. Old marks on wool carpets, wooden floors, laundry (including blood stains), upholstery AND lingering pet stains - GONE all tackled by this one product. Laundered many times i'd come to the conclusion that I was never going to get some spots of blood out of a sheet & mattress protector; despite repeated previous washes with biological pods, Vanish spot cleaner + Vanish in-wash powder. But, after spot-treating with Bac-Out, it took just one wash - ONE - for marks to totally disappear. We have three dogs. Some products on the market mask smells with a synthetic fragrance, but Bac-Out definitely brakes down the compounds that lie at the route of the issue. I filled a misting spray bottle with Bac-out and (after patch testing) misted the fabric sofas before going to bed. It proved excellent at ELIMINATING doggy smells from sofas and dog beds. It also works to totally clean up after any pet house training accidents, as it destroys the scent molecules that signpost the spot to dogs long after we can detect anything. Now to try a washing machine deep-clean. Apparently it's good for that too!!

Buying in bulk is great value for money I have been using for a few months and it is still almost full. It is the same product as the smaller bottles, it smells the same (unscented) but also smells great. It is definitely effective at stain removal. The bottle is resilient and it is easy to use, i use the lid to measure for each wash. I also used it clean my carpet with my carpet washer and it was great for that too. I have used many products to clean cat urine. Most of them left a strong scent or weren’t effective. I purchased the 1 gallon size of Biokleen and have used it on carpet and upholstery. It is very effective at removing even old urine spots and smells. I heavily saturated the areas, let sit and used a carpet cleaner to suck up the excess. Biokleen did not damage the carpet or upholstery. It has a very light lime scent. I struggle with scented products but this has not bothered me at all. Worth the price.
