Original cups didn’t have enough padding and very cheap feeling material. These new cups feel 10x better and the material might be cloth but it’s nice and comfy for long work/play sessions. Would definitely recommend over original cups even if you just got your headset and haven’t worn out the cups yet.

I was worried that these would affect the sound quality of the headset, they actually made it better! The tips of my ears no longer brush against the backs of the pads. I haven't noticed any difference in noise cancellation, though I prefer to be able to hear a little bit of my surroundings anyway. They're way more comfortable than the stock earpads and I can't imagine why the heck Corsair decided to go with such a shallow design (not to mention pleather-only) on the originals. They're also extremely easy to swap. The old pads just twist off and the new ones twist right on in their place. Nice and easy. I couldn't be more happy.

I’m so glad I found these! The original ear pads became so worn and thin after a few years of having them that they desperately needed to be replaced. The old ear pads also had a gap in the top, and the plastic of my headphones would then rest on the top of ears rather than the padded ear pad. These fixed all of my problems! They are thick, comfortable, and don’t allow my headphones to unnecessarily rest on my ears. Love them!

These earpads make a HUGE difference in the comfort of the Virtuoso XT; it almost feels like an entirely different headset! The sound is slightly improved with your ears no longer hitting the drivers so now you can just focus on the music or gameplay. Theses earpads prove useful after several months; however, the left earpad is slowly disintegrating which is depressing. I still recommend this, just keep in mind these earpads are not perfect.

Having had these since January until now 8/5/2023 the fabric started coming off.. They were great! Im assuming theres glue and it just came undone. They are great comfort makes it feel soft on the ears.. the only con is after a few months it starts falling apart.

I can't recommend the headset without buying these as well...which says more about the headset than these earpads.EDIT: After a year/year and a half the glue has started to let go of the material and it requires fixing. Still worth the money and still a shame that such an expensive headset requires an aftermarket part to function as intended.

Imo, the steelseries arctis 7s are the most comfortable gaming headset, but the virtuosos crush the arctis 7s in almost every other aspect. These earpad replacement combines the best of both worlds.These earpads are noticeably thicker and more comfortable and breathable, and they remind me of the arctis 7's airweave earpads, which again think are extremely comfortable. Plus, these are attached to a clip that's compatible with the virtuosos themselves, so no need to cut or glue anything! Just twist off and replace.

My original headset cups were becoming a bit scuffed to look at (the faux leather is so vulnerable), so I decided to upgrade with these cups. I can't recommend them enough - so much softer, seem less fragile and I actually even prefer the sound now. The cups are deeper and have a less 'tinny' sound than they used to

Thicker ear pads for the headset. It works to help cushion the ear phones well.

Only lasts for 9 months. Glue starts giving way and cant hold the fabric. So sad, I wanted this to work. First couple of months was great.
